The National Ploughing Championships (NPC) is an annual agricultural show held in Ireland. It is one of the largest outdoor events in Europe, with over 277,000 visitors in 2022 and over 1,700 exhibitors. The NPC features a ploughing competition, as well as exhibits from a wide range of agricultural and related businesses.
The NPC is a showcase for Irish agriculture, and it plays an important role in promoting the sector to both domestic and international audiences.
The 2023 NPC will take place from September 19th to 21st in Ratheniska, Co. Laois, it's a great day out for all the family, and it is a must-visit event for anyone interested in Irish agriculture.
